How to make a reservation?

  • Online booking is available. You can also call or email to inquire about a 2026 booking or seasonal RV site availability.

  • Cabin rates are based on set number of people. Extra overnight guests are $175/week.

  • Reservations may be made up to a year in advance on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Repeat "standing reservations" are taken if possible. This means you get the same cabin for the same week each year. For more information, please see below under “Deposits”.

Can we reserve short stays?

  • Reservations during the core summer months are generally Saturday through Friday.  Short stays require pre-approval. 

  • Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends may be three day reservations, with a Friday arrival and Monday morning departure.

  • Reservations prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day have a 2 night minimum.

Payment

  • Please note all reservations are subject to sales tax of 7.375%.

  • We accept checks and all major credit cards.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Summer week stays: Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM on Saturday and check-out time is no later than 8:00 PM on Friday evening to allow housekeeping adequate time for turnover. 

  • If a late departure of Saturday morning at 10:00 AM is needed, an extra fee will be charged based on the cabin you’re staying in.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed for cabin renters.

  • 1 pet is allowed for Seasonal RV Site renters subject to Management approval.

  • Pet size limit is 50 lbs

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times and picked up after

  • Pets are NOT allowed on the swim beach or in the swim area

  • Barking dogs will not be tolerated!

  • You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. If your pet is causing issues or thought to be unsafe, Management can require immediate removal of your pet from the property.

  • Restricted breeds and pets include, but are not limited to, Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terriers/American Stafford-shire Terriers, Doberman Pincers, Bulldogs, Boxers, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Wolf-Hybrids, Akitas, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies.

Smoking Policy

  • All cabins are non-smoking. $250 fee for smoking in a cabin.

  • Please smoke in outdoor, open areas. Cigarette butts are not to be disposed of on the ground.

  • Please respect our property and your neighbor’s air quality.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation date are subject to refund, less a $200 handling fee per rental unit, as long as the resort is full, we are able to rebook the unit for the entire time period, and have secured a deposit for the new booking.

Laundry

  • Washers and dryers are provided in the larger houses (Anchor’s Away Lodge, Mastercraft Cabin, and Chris-Craft Cabin). There is a coin operated washer and dryer in The Shore Shop for guest use as well.

Fireworks and Firearms

  • Fireworks, including sparklers, are not allowed on the grounds

  • Guns/Firearms are prohibited
